My Approach to Therapy

My philosophy? Relational, resilient, restored. Your life experience is influenced by your relationships, family, partners, colleagues, and friends, including the introspective exploration of yourself. At some point, your relationships may have stopped making sense. This is where I like joining you in your journey. Maybe it’s your relationship to work, your relationship with your family, friends, faith community, etc. Finding the story underneath these dynamics is where transformation begins. Prior to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I spent 15 years in the corporate world. This has given me the perspective of what many people are quietly carrying. My work is grounded in two perspectives: relationships and neurobiology. I believe our relationships, with partners, family, friends, colleagues, and even ourselves, shape much of our life experience. I also enjoy helping clients understand how the brain and nervous system influence the way they think, feel, and respond. My style is collaborative and conversational, using thoughtful questions to uncover the deeper story beneath your struggles.

My Practice & Services

Many clients ask what a first session is like. You don’t need to arrive with your thoughts organized or know exactly where to begin. Your first session will feel more like a conversation than an interview. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, help you find language for what has been difficult to explain, and give you room to tell the whole story without rushing. Many clients leave feeling lighter—not because life has changed yet, but because what felt vague and tangled has begun to make sense. That understanding can be the first layer of relief.

Groups I Work With

If life no longer makes sense—or the ways you've always navigated it no longer seem to work - we're likely a good fit. Many of my clients are the dependable ones, quietly carrying responsibility at work, at home, or in their relationships. From the outside they appear capable, while inside they're exhausted and questioning themselves, their relationships, their work, or even their faith. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shaped your story so you can move toward a life that feels more intentional and aligned with who you are. Att
