My name is Chrishina J. Scott. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia, with over 15 years of experience in the field of clinical mental health. My scope of practice focuses on helping adults who are finding challenges with overcoming specific life changes/adjustments (i.e., break-up/divorce, empty nester, work-related stress, retirement, grief (� 1 year), young adults transitioning into independent decision-making, etc.). As a result, the individual may be experiencing stress-related or situational anxiety and/or possibly a bit of a low mood (without the need for crisis intervention, or the inclusion of suicidal thoughts or self-harming behaviors).
