What's My Approach to Therapy?
Therapy can be intimidating; finding the right therapist to work with can feel downright overwhelming. My focus, in therapy, is to create a safe and meaningful space; a space where you feel respected and heard. Through building a meaningful relationship, we can foster growth and ultimately create a place to heal. My focus is working with people struggling with life, whether it be anxiety, depression, or trauma. In addition to working with individuals, I also work with couples who may be struggling with their relationship and navigating healthy interactions. I am looking forward to getting to know you and supporting you through this process.
