My Approach to Therapy

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 25 years of experience treating adults. I am dedicated to helping clients build resilience and develop long-term coping strategies that support lasting mental health. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety and panic, mood and personality-related challenges, interpersonal problems, self-esteem concerns, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), trauma, grief, life transitions, adjustment issues, and stress management.

My Practice & Services

I believe in working together to find what works best for you. Whether it’s through talking, mindfulness exercises, cognitive behavioral therapy () skills, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, we’ll find the right approach to help you manage your feelings and start feeling better. During sessions, we will dig deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you achieve overall wellness and support your mental health.
