I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Kansas with four years of counseling and therapy experience, and I work with a variety of individuals and families. I am especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community, and I strive to provide a safe, affirming, and supportive space for every client. I use approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI). My counseling style is open, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy is a journey, and I walk alongside my clients as they navigate challenges, growth, and healing rather than expecting them to face those experiences alone.
