My counseling style is based on a culmination of different interventions (cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, etc.), that have clinical evidence of their effectiveness. We will increase your mindfulness, and develop the tools you need to reduce the stressors that are interfering with your goals.
