My Approach to Helping
I am passionate about supporting people through challenging times in their lives. Together we will design a treatment plan based on what you would like to accomplish and explore in therapy. I have experience with dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I work with adults 18 and over suffering from depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), co-occurring conditions, relationship issues, and substance use conditions. Couples seeking therapy will be supported in rebuilding their friendship and intimacy, strengthening communication, and navigating challenges such as substance use in the relationship.
