Cary Hileman, Licensed Professional Counselor

Hi my name is Cary Hileman and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (#2165) in Colorado. My approach is very client-center as well using Cognitive/Behavior therapy. I use many other approaches as needed depending on what the client needs. I am usually fairly direct when needed but am fairly easy going as therapists go. I enjoy a good laugh and try to bring humor to therapy because it can be all too serious at times. I communicate in a straight forward manner with compassion and understanding. Hopefully after a session you will go away feeling more empowered and less stressed.
