My Approach to Therapy

I specialize in empowering young women in their 20s and early 30s to master their minds. My primary areas of focus are trauma and posttraumatic stress (PTSD), anxiety, mood regulation, self-esteem enhancement and healthy habit formation for stress management. I’m also trained in addiction and eating issue recovery. My clients gain an empowered sense of peace and fierce self-love. I work with women of all ages and I primarily focus on the 18 to 34 age range.

My Practice & Services

I’m trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness and I’m currently pursuing certification through EMDRIA.org. I’m also Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I’m a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) and I’m currently pursuing the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) designation.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Supervisor (LISW-S), trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I work with young women in their 20s and early 30s (18-34) on trauma healing, eating challenges, anxiety management, chronic stress management, self-esteem, addiction, people-pleasing behaviors, perfectionism, healthy boundaries, healthy relationships, mood challenges and healthy habit formation. My clients gain an empowered sense of peace and a true capacity for self-love. Telehealth only. Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
