From there, we can help connect you with a counselor whose experience and approach align with your needs. Our team includes Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and our counselors work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, parenting stress, school challenges, and major life transitions. Our goal isn't simply to help you get through what's difficult today.
