I work primarily with working women who are managing the pressures of demanding careers while also navigating responsibilities in their personal lives. Many of the women I support are thoughtful, driven, and high-achieving individuals who are accustomed to performing at a high level but may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained beneath the surface. My clients often come to therapy to address concerns such as anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and work-related stress. Some are navigating leadership roles or high-pressure professional environments, while others are working through career transitions, relationship challenges, or significant life changes. The constant pressure to succeed and meet expectations can make it difficult to slow down, process emotions, and prioritize personal well-being. In our work together, therapy becomes a space where working women can step away from those pressures and focus on themselves. Many clients want to better understand patterns that contribute to stress, overthinking, or self-doubt while learning healthier ways to cope with challenges both at work and in their personal lives. I also support women who are exploring issues related to identity, self-confidence, boundaries, and maintaining fulfilling relationships while balancing ambitious goals. Therapy can help create greater clarity, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self. My goal is to provide a supportive, thoughtful environment where professional women feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate personal growth and meaningful change.
