I believe that creating the life we want requires intention. Counseling is the process of naming what we want and value, identifying the obstacles to creating that life, and then working to address those obstacles so that we can live life to the fullest. Obstacles come in many forms, from past trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and so much more. I have a passion for walking side by side with my clients as they embrace both the past and present so they can step confidently into their future!

I have been practicing counseling for the past 20 years and supervising new graduates during their associate licensure period for 15 years. Before opening my own private practice with 3 locations and 13 staff therapists I was clinical director for a non-profit. I have a passion for continuous learning, walking alongside my clients as they navigate life's challenges and mentoring the next generation of highly trained, compassionate and committed therapists. We believe in a wholistic approach to growth and healing so we are prepared to address mentla, physical and spiritual health. It all goes hand in hand.
