I specialize in working with womens issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, including couples navigating disconnection, conflict, and trust concerns. My approach is compassionate yet direct, helping clients gain insight into emotional patterns while developing practical tools for resilience and connection. At the heart of my practice, there is a deep respect for the courage it takes to face pain and vulnerability. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, understood, and supported as they work toward healing from past wounds and creating a more fulfilling present.
