Finding a therapist you resonate with is hard when you don't fit society's “boxes.” My practice strives to be an affirming, culturally attuned space for those outside the mainstream, including queer, Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), disabled, and polyamorous folks, as well as those navigating complex trauma, addiction, or dissociative identity (DID). My core goal is to guide you toward radical autonomy and empowerment, even while navigating systems that oppress, silence, or marginalize you. You don't have to carry it all alone.
As a queer, neurodivergent therapist partnered with a genderqueer plural human, I understand firsthand the exhaustion of trying to survive in a world not built for us. I practice through an anti-oppressive framework, offering a truly affirming, collaborative space where you can unmask, untangle the impact of systemic harm, and heal on your own terms.
Finding a safe space where you can entirely unmask and be understood shouldn't be exhausting. If you're looking for a therapist who gets the weight of navigating oppressive systems while trying to heal, I invite you to reach out. Take your time, and let's chat when you're ready.
