What's My Approach to Therapy?

If you’re the kind of person who reflects a lot, notices patterns in yourself, and wants therapy to go beyond surface-level coping, we may be a good fit! In our sessions, we slow down and explore what your mind and body are holding. Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in curiosity. We will make space to process trauma, understand long-standing patterns, and reconnect with a stronger sense of self. With training in multiple trauma-focused approaches, we can explore what healing and growing look like for you. I focus on getting to know how you and your nervous system work together (or don't work together) and supporting you in listening to the cues and signs that point toward healing.
