What's My Approach to Therapy?
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, hopeless, or stuck? You're not alone—and you don’t have to face it alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families to support meaningful change and deeper connection in North Carolina and New York. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), relationship issues, family conflict, or self-exploration, my goal is to support your growth in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
Therapy is an investment in yourself, your relationships, and becoming (or accepting) who you are! I bring expertise and a warm, person-centered approach to make therapy collaborative and meaningful. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed care tailored to each person’s story. Certified in dialectical behavior therapy, trauma, anxiety, mood conditions, and attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), with advanced training in child therapy and the Gottman Method for trauma and infidelity.
