Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying a lot. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and truly seen.
I work with adults and youth experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, posttraumatic stress (PTSD) and complex posttraumatic stress (cPTSD), challenges related to attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) and autism, relationship difficulties, eating problems, life transitions, caregiving, parenting, and more.
I am trauma-informed and comfortable working with clients with stigmatized diagnoses, such as dissociative identity (DID) and borderline personality (BPD). I am also sex-positive and social justice-oriented.
I work with clients in person in Edmonton, Alberta, and virtually across Alberta, as well as several other Canadian provinces, including British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. I can direct bill for many insurance plans. Feel free to reach out for more information about my approach to therapy, session fees, or anything else you need.
