Hello, my name is Lynne Westbrook, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor who has been in the field for over 20 years. I have authored a book and journal articles in the field of mental health and enjoy bringing new approaches and perspectives to our work together. I look forward to working with you to find your path and passion!

I am soft-spoken, direct, and investigative, and take my time to listen to what you have to say. Really counseling is about being heard, finding your voice, and moving toward a goal of your choosing. My role is to support and facilitate you through that process. I greet you with a big smile and use a combination of support, listening, evidence-based interventions, and humor to move through the challenges we have in our lives.
