You might look high-functioning on the outside while feeling disconnected, unseen, or unsure how to trust others—or yourself. I help adults and teens navigate attachment wounds or relational trauma, make sense of how their past shapes their present. In our work, we slow things down. Together, we notice patterns, explore emotions that haven’t had space, and gently challenge the stories rooted in shame or survival. I’m warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building the self-understanding and emotional security that allow you to create relationships that feel steady, mutual, and authentic.

I believe individuals should drive their therapy; I focus on a strengths-based approach centered on empowerment and self-determination. I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have 20 years of experience working in mental health, addiction, child welfare, and domestic violence, and I specialize in trauma. I utilize treatment modalities such as EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy, and I maintain a trauma-informed approach.
