If you’re a neurodivergent adult feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in cycles of self-criticism, you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with are living with attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) and are exhausted from trying to keep up, hold it together, or meet expectations that don’t match how their brains work.
I work collaboratively with neurodivergent adults to build understanding, self-compassion, and practical strategies that actually work in real life. My approach is affirming, strengths-based, and flexible, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative, and solution-focused therapy. Rather than trying to “fix” you, we focus on making sense of your brain, reducing shame, and creating tools that support how you function best.
You can expect a space that’s nonjudgmental, curious, and grounded in lived experience. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-trust, emotional regulation, and a way of living that feels more sustainable and aligned with who you are.
My Practice & Services
I provide neuro-affirming therapy, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) coaching, and assessments rooted in neurodivergent lived experience. I also run workshops and groups focused on understanding neurodivergence, and building practical skills.
My Therapy Focus
I specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults, particularly those with ADHD and ASD. My work focuses on helping clients understand their brains, reduce shame and self-criticism, and build practical skills for emotional regulation and executive functioning. I often work with challenges related to overwhelm, burnout, self-esteem, identity, relationships, and self-advocacy, and I hold space for grief connected to chronic stress, marginalization, or unmet support needs. My goal is to help you create strategies, and a life, that work with your brain, not against it.
