Therapy with me is collaborative, holistic, and grounded in your real, everyday life. Whatever you need, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, genuine, and compassionate. Through collaboration and evidence-based tools, we’ll process past difficulties, find new solutions, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. With over 8 years of social work experience, I've had the privilege of working with teens identifying as LGBTQIA, older adults, caregivers, survivors of domestic violence, people who are incarcerated, and those navigating obsessive-compulsive (OCD), anxiety, depression, and perinatal mood conditions. In my therapeutic work, I use a holistic approach that blends evidence-based practices—such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR)—with the understanding that you are the expert on your own life. As a licensed therapist and yoga teacher, I incorporate movement and breathwork when appropriate. Starting therapy is a big step, and finding the right therapist really matters.
