My specialities include trauma, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, managing attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), divorce, school stressors, and more.

With a master's degree in clinical mental health counselling, Bre has worked with a wide range of people working through many challenges, like trauma and strain in relationships.
