As your therapist, I can help my clients gain awareness of unhelpful thought patterns and self-defeating beliefs to alleviate their mental health symptoms. I am a licensed clinical social worker {LCSW} in two states Nevada and Georgia. My passion is helping my clients gain awareness of unhelpful thought patterns and teaching my clients the skills and techniques to emotionally regulate, achieve mental stability, and self-soothe themselves ultimately alleviating their mental health symptoms. My educational background includes a master's in social work from the University of Southern California {USC}. I also have a dual bachelor's degree in philosophy and sociology with a minor in pre-law.

My greatest strength as a clinician is that I utilize a strength-based perspective and humanistic approach when working with my clients so that they feel empowered.
