My Approach to Therapy

I like to focus on the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each client I meet so I can get to know them as an individual. Brandi Sturrock is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and supervisor with over 20 years of combined experience in the medical and mental health fields. She is passionate about helping others address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. Brandi works with people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, major life transitions, and the challenges of navigating chronic illness.

My Practice & Services

I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore who they are, build insight, and develop the tools they need to move toward meaningful change. I earned my Master of Social Work from Widener University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Simpson University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I practice from a trauma-informed lens, using attachment-based, emotionally focused, and person-centered therapy, as well as accelerated resolution therapy (ART) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to meet each client’s needs. I support individuals in cultivating self-compassion, resilience, and healthier relationships, starting with how they relate to themselves.
