My Approach to Helping
I help women struggling with binge and emotional eating, anxiety, codependency, and relationship issues. If you struggle with overeating, negative self-esteem, poor body image, work life balance, difficult family relationships, chronic stress, and setting boundaries I can help. I take an action-oriented approach to understanding and changing the distressing emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that are causing struggles in your life. When working with me you can expect to learn coping skills, create goals, gain awareness in navigating emotions, and leave each session with strategies to take into your week.
