I'm a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I practice patience, respect, and open communication with clients. My career has focused primarily on adult inpatient psychiatric patients with complex diagnoses. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Columbus State University in Columbus, GA, and a Master of Social Work from Troy University in Phenix City, Alabama. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, stress management, depression, grief, women's issues, obesity, weight management, and life transitions.

I utilize a blend of evidence-based practices and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to challenge negative thinking, modify behaviors, and birth newfound coping strategies. I enjoy meeting clients where they are while honoring their lived experiences. My mission is to provide a safe space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal and grow.
