Finding a safe and supportive space to explore your mental well-being is crucial. As a licensed psychotherapist, I am dedicated to creating a nonjudgmental environment where you can openly share your fears, deepest thoughts, struggles, and emotions. I strongly believe in the power of embracing your authentic self; it’s a courageous step toward making meaningful progress in therapy and navigating life’s challenges. We will work together to identify and build on your inherent strengths, and develop targeted interventions that reduce symptoms and enhance psychological well-being.
While I have a particular interest and extensive experience in supporting women experiencing depression and anxiety, I am also prepared to address a wide range of concerns. My general therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and I tailor my techniques to each person’s individual needs.
I have worked in various facilities dedicated to improving the mental well-being of women, including completing a graduate training program at Von Voigtlander Women’s Hospital. I continuously pursue advanced training and experience in the areas I focus on. If you’re interested, call to schedule a complimentary phone consultation.
