I've worked in various clinical settings, including inpatient care, outpatient services, crisis intervention, and intensive outpatient programs. My experience has given me the opportunity to see a lot of folks in different places, and I'm ready to meet you wherever you are in your journey. I specialize primarily in working with adults facing challenges like depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, stress, grief, and substance use. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I provide compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals who have experienced trauma, helping them heal and regain control of their lives.
