As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, I’m here to join you in developing effective coping skills to manage life’s daily challenges.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples. I approach the therapy process through an attachment lens and will support you to consider some of how past ruptures with close others impact how you show up now in relationships. I have extensive training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), emotionally focused individual therapy (EFIT), internal family systems (IFS), as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I will use these modalities to help you better understand the connection between your past and present, to better develop coping tools to manage distress as it occurs, and to better put words to the experience you're having internally.
