What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’re reading this, you might be exhausted from masking, overwhelmed by burnout, or questioning who you are beneath years of trying to “fit in.” You may be wondering if therapy can actually feel safe, supportive, and affirming for someone like you. I want you to know: it can—and you don’t have to navigate this alone.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I show up authentically, hoping to create a space where you feel safe to do the same. I work with late-diagnosed autistic, AuDHD, and ADHD adults who are learning to unmask, trust themselves, and reconnect with their needs. My approach is collaborative and grounded in neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming care.
Together, we’ll slow down, notice what feels hard, and explore the patterns—internal and external—that have shaped your story. We’ll look at how masking, self-doubt, and survival mode show up in your life, and we’ll work toward building self-trust, self-compassion, and a sense of groundedness in who you truly are.
You are the expert on your own experience. My role is to walk with you, offer reflection, and help you create a life that feels more aligned, spacious, and authentically yours. Healing isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about reclaiming who you’ve always been.
If this resonates, I invite you to reach out. You deserve support that sees you, honors you, and meets you where you are.
