My Approach to Helping

I use an integrative approach, and draw upon Western psychology and Eastern mindfulness and meditative practices. I focus on solutions, and see an ethnically and culturally diverse group of clients that includes families, individuals, couples, and groups.

More Info About My Practice
I charge $185 for a 50-minute comprehensive assessment, and $185 thereafter per 50-minute hour of therapy. I have a sliding fee scale .
I do Facetime and Skype video coaching and psychotherapy sessions.
I do accept some insurance plans. For coverage information, please contact my bookkeepers, Melissa or Mary Jo at my office. You may need to get authorization from your insurer prior to receiving coverage for your sessions with me. My bookkeeper will try to obtain initial authorization for you. Please call ahead with insurance information and a credit card for all co-pays and deductibles. All other services not paid by insurance are fee for service
