What's My Approach to Therapy?
Life post-holidays can be rough—if you are dealing with loneliness, overwhelm, or anxiety, you are not alone; feelings of grief and depression are common, too, and I can help. I approach my work with compassion, curiosity, and always at your individual pace. I work with adults, ages 18–80+, who are looking for attunement and space for self-reflection, growth, and healing. For example, maybe you're a young adult looking to identify your values and strengths, or you're a corporate professional looking to unpack your identity and worth outside of work. Or maybe you're an engaged or married couple looking to have a strong connection with your partner, built on trust, friendship, and intimacy. Coming from a corporate background, I know what it is to be “outwardly successful but inwardly defeated.” I can help you identify and implement change, both practically through skill-building and self-care, along with mindset and priority shifting.
I can offer you a safe and non-judgmental space—even for just an hour a week—to prioritize yourself (or your relationship) as you work to build skills, identify your coping patterns, and explore your values and your strengths. I can help you by bearing witness to your story and collaborating with you on your strengths-based goals. Please reach out for a consult!
