I have been practicing therapy since 2019 and hold an LPC. I typically work with couples who are facing communication challenges and broken trust along with helping them reconnect. I work with individuals and help them to gain healthy coping skills to deal with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.

I love to be collaborative with clients and be intuitive to specific needs they may have in the moment. That helps clients to feel seen and understood during their healing journey. Healing is something we all must experience, but being able to trust someone you can be vulnerable with makes it so much easier.
