I've had the privilege of working with children and adolescents to support their social-emotional health and well-being. I also help parents navigate a range of parenting challenges and learn how to best support their childs development from toddlerhood and beyond. I support children and youth experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsion (OCD) challenges, phobias, school avoidance, perfectionism, emotion dysregulation, anger, low confidence, low self-esteem, social challenges, academic challenges, and family stressors. I also work with neurodivergent children and youth, including those with attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) and autism. Ive had the benefit of working in a number of different settings, including hospitals, schools, community mental health clinics, and private practice. I currently own a virtual practice where I offer social-emotional assessment, individual therapy, and parent consultation to families across Ontario.
