I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bridgewater College and a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Longwood University. I am dual-licensed in Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and School Counselor, an approved Clinical Supervisor through the Virginia Board of Counseling, and a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Clinician. I provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, school-related issues, and life transitions.

My counseling approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client's needs. Drawing from evidence-based practices, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), I help clients develop skills to manage emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and navigate challenges. My goal is to empower clients to recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and thrive. I am committed to providing a compassionate and supportive space where growth, healing, and positive change can occur. I believe that every individual has the capacity for resilience and growth, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they work toward their goals.
