Ashley Huffman, DBH, LMFT, CCTP-II, PMH-C

My name is Dr. Ashley Huffman, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) provider offering telehealth counseling services with a focus on women’s health. I specialize in providing mental health support, including care for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, postpartum depression, pregnancy-related anxiety, birth trauma, fertility struggles, and adjustment to parenthood to women in need. My telehealth model allows for timely access to care, flexible scheduling, and continuity of support, which can be especially helpful for patients balancing medical appointments, work, and family responsibilities. I work collaboratively with referring providers and am happy to coordinate care as appropriate.
