Throughout my work as a therapist, I have learned that therapy can be a transformative experience. It is my goal to be your navigator in understanding the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while identifying and overcoming obstacles in the way of personal growth. My goal is to promote strengths and self-discovery, mental and emotional growth and stability, and improvement in relationships and peers. I specialize in working with symptoms of depression, anxiety, navigating major life changes and challenges, life coaching, and women’s health issues ---tincluding infertility, reproductive trauma, and perinatal mood conditions. Currently, I am only accepting new patients via telehealth. Convenient and flexible to meet your schedule.
My top priority is to ensure that clients feel encouraged and empowered by a warm, supportive, and open environment that is free from judgment. I try to find a space for humor in our meetings, and commit myself to utilizing both educational practices and experience in each session.
