What's My Approach to Therapy?

As someone who shows up with a natural sense of care and curiosity, I am passionate about creating safe spaces where people can be fully themselves. My own journey has deepened my understanding of how relationships, motherhood, and life transitions can shape us in profound ways. I’ve also seen how resilience emerges even in the hardest seasons, and this continues to inspire my work.

That is why I am drawn to supporting women, parents, and individuals moving through relationship challenges, trauma, and personal growth. I believe in progress over perfection, and in the power of compassion, humor, and hope to bring light to even the most difficult moments.

My counseling style is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and empowerment-driven. I draw from motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy, integrating a systems perspective to understand the many factors that influence growth and change. In our work together, I meet clients where they are and walk beside them as they navigate challenges, discover resilience, and connect with their own inner resources. My role is to listen deeply, hold space for your story, and gently empower you to imagine and create new possibilities for yourself and your relationships.
