What's My Approach to Therapy?
Anxiety, depression and men's issues are far more common than you might think. Far less common is the number of men courageous enough to tackle these issues. The only way to overcome the challenges you're facing is to confront them head on. I know it takes a huge effort to do that but together, it can be achieved.
It's important you choose the right therapist for your needs. I work quite intensely and aim to empower you to have the tools to reach your full potential.
