My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress, assertiveness and communication, bipolar behavioral management, somatic symptoms, chronic pain, caregiver support, and bereavement. I employ various counseling approaches and evidence-based methods to assist, connect, and build a therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and growth. I am seeing clients in Delaware only.
