My psychotherapy services are on Stress, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, mental health disorders difficulties as a result of medical conditions, HIV counseling, self-care, work place challenges, Athletes (sports), Difficulties in settling in new environment (such as new countries, cultures and workplaces), and Mediation (Both family & Commercial). I use therapies that are evidence based. I deal with children, teens and adults. I hold a Master of Science in clinical psychology from the University of Nairobi and I am an accredited mediator from the Society of Mediators, London. I have worked as a psychologist since 2009. I am registered with the Clinical Psychologists Association of Kenya and Kenya Counselors and Psychologists Association.
