I work with teens, adults and couples who are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high functioning but emotionally overwhelmed, prone to overthinking, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others. I often support individuals who are caregivers, professionals, or in midlife transitions, as well as those processing loss, chronic stress, or the long-term impact of past trauma.
