My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on helping clients better understand themselves while building the life they truly want. I work with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, identity exploration, relationship challenges, addictive behaviors, and life transitions. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported, empowered, and able to grow at your own pace, while building greater self-trust, resilience, and clarity.

My Role as a Therapist

As a therapist, my role is to provide an authentic and supportive space where you can explore patterns, process challenges, and develop practical tools for lasting growth. I use approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, attachment-based, trauma-focused, and strengths-based therapies to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll focus on helping you feel more confident, aligned, and equipped to move forward with intention and purpose.
