I work with teens, adults, couples, and families on the Westside of Los Angeles, including Playa del Rey, Playa Vista, Westchester, Marina del Rey, El Segundo, Venice, and Culver City, and throughout California via telehealth. I welcome BIPOC clients, and I work with attention to how culture, identity, and community shape each person’s experience. Substance use and recovery: Adults in early recovery from alcohol and drug use, including people stepping down from detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization program (PHP), or intensive outpatient program (IOP) who want ongoing outpatient therapy. Clients working on relapse prevention, sobriety, and rebuilding relationships after substance use. Partners and family members of people struggling with addiction. Infidelity, relationships, and couples: Individuals and couples recovering from infidelity, affairs, or betrayal, rebuilding trust, and working through communication breakdowns, conflict, and emotional disconnection. Teens and young men: Teenagers dealing with anxiety, school stress, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), and family conflict, along with support for their parents. Men in their 20s navigating adulthood, including career direction, motivation, relationships, identity, and independence from family. ADHD: Teens and adults managing focus, organization, procrastination, motivation, and the effects of ADHD on school, work, and relationships. Military and veterans: Service members, veterans, and military families coping with trauma, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), reintegration into civilian life, relationship difficulties, and substance use. Dementia and caregiving: Adult children, spouses, and other family caregivers of loved ones with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease who are dealing with caregiver stress, grief, changing family roles, and difficult decisions. Trauma and PTSD: Adults working through trauma, PTSD, and difficult childhood experiences that continue to affect mood, relationships, self-understanding, or substance use.
