I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado, trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), emotionally focused couples therapy (EFT), and emotionally focused individual therapy (EFIT). I also provide parent training (TFC), reunification therapy, and court-ordered family therapy. I help individuals, couples, and families identify and change negative emotional patterns. I use attachment theory to focus on deep-seated feelings like fear, loneliness, and hurt, rather than just arguing about daily surface problems. The goal is to build a safe, secure emotional bond.
