My Approach to Therapy

I specialize in supporting adults facing cancer and other serious or life limiting illnesses. With over 20 years in Palliative and Hospice care, I help adults and families navigate through complex medical decisions, challenging family dynamics, and end-of-life concerns. I also work with caregivers and healthcare professionals experiencing burnout and emotional fatigue. When you or someone you love is facing cancer or another serious condition, everything can feel uncertain. Together we can make space for the parts of you that feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or scared, and the ones trying to stay strong, so you dont have to carry this alone. I help adults and families navigate the emotional impact of cancer and other chronic or terminal illnesses. I facilitate California's End of Life Option Act and help people cope through change, loss, and uncertainty. Whether we are working through grief, anxiety, burnout, or overwhelm, my goal is to help clients find clarity, meaning, and emotional balance.

My Practice & Services

I've worked collaboratively with countless physicians, nurses, and case managers, focusing specifically on the psychosocial needs of individuals impacted by medical challenges and the family members caring for them. It's a true privilege to be invited into someone's life during challenging and vulnerable times. I look forward to hearing your story and moving at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we will identify the support you need most, whether that is coping strategies, emotional relief, or simply a safe space to be heard. You don't need to do this alone...

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I am featured in the Academy of Aid in Dying Medicine's training program for bedside clinicians as well as having been on the curriculum committee for the National Conference. I have facilitated California's End of Life Option Act for countless individuals, providing access and support to Hospice patents and their families through each stage of the process.
