My practice focuses on adults (18+) navigating cancer, serious illness, and aging-related concerns. I support clients through life transitions and adjusting to change related to medical diagnoses, including cancer, chronic illness, chronic pain, and terminal illness. I work with individuals and families facing aging and geriatric issues, including dementia, advanced care planning, and transitions to more supportive living environments. I also help clients navigate shifting parent and adult child dynamics, communication problems, and the emotional impact of caregiving, including caregiver stress and burnout. My work also addresses grief, loss, and bereavement, as well as the broader stress that can come with health, illness, and medical issues. I support family members of all ages who are impacted by a loved ones diagnosis.
