I am a certified sex therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and an eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapist through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, and depression. I also enjoy working with clients who are feeling stuck or disconnected in their relationships. I’m passionate about sexual wellbeing and believe that all consensual relationships are valid. I have a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and I use my fitness background to help clients develop anxiety- and stress-reduction strategies as part of their therapeutic journeys. I have a strong background in both trauma work and sexual wellness and I find that these two areas often overlap. I appreciate the individuality of each client and the uniqueness of their experiences. I take time to listen and develop a plan to meet each client’s individual needs, creating a collaborative and compassionate space during treatment. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, am kink- and BDSM-knowledgeable and certified, sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
