Hello. I am Amy Kemp-Wellmeier, an LCSW (licensed clinical social worker) working with Rula. I have been providing mental health therapy since 2003, with specializations in trauma and holistic mental healthcare. I have training and experience using cognitive behavioral therapy, (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapies. I believe therapy is a team effect between the client and the therapist.
