What's My Approach to Therapy?

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and a credentialed health service psychologist who is passionate about working with my clients to help them discover their true selves. I have experience working with a wide range of individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), and life adjustments in behavioral mental health clinics and medical centers. I also have specialized training in neuropsychology and work with individuals who have experienced head injuries and other medical conditions. My services include individual therapy, couples therapy, and psychological testing, with a focus in attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) evaluations and neuropsychological evaluations. Specialty areas: anxiety, stress, performance anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, life transitions, substance use, medical conditions (e.g., chronic pain, head injuries), assessment, and psychological testing. As a psychologist, my job is to help my clients overcome emotional barriers and gain awareness into themselves. I work with warmth, empathy, honesty, humor, and a genuine interest in getting to know you, so we can work together to make positive changes in your life.
