I am here to help you through the experiences life throws at you, so you do not have to face them alone. If you’re feeling misunderstood, struggling with self-esteem, or finding it hard to connect with your authentic self, I am here to support you. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but together, we’ll work through them. I strive to create a safe space where you can explore your experiences and gain the tools you need to overcome obstacles. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, life transitions, or relationship difficulties, I’ll be alongside you to navigate the journey. My goal is to reduce your suffering and help you reconnect with the trust and confidence in yourself. I accept Aetna, and the session fees are $140 for out-of-pocket sessions.
